My Dream Jeopardy! Categories

One of my favorite fluff books is Douglas Copland’s Microserfs, a fictional tale about programing geeks at Microsoft. One of the running themes in the book is the dream Jeopardy! categories, the categories I’d sweep if these came up. I’ve put quite a bit of thought into this recently, but I’m struggling to come up with seven. Here they are, a work in progress.
